Stress-Busting Foods

I thought I would repost this article about what foods are good to eat when you are stressed. I think it is interesting that our bodies crave certain nutrients when we are stressed out. Just as we can practice Restorative Yoga to relieve stress and build good health, we can also practice healthy eating to bolster our bodies to get through times of stress.
