The workshop covered: symptoms of inner core dysfunction; causes of inner core dysfunction; what we can do about it; the components of the inner core; main inner core exercises; the main supporting muscles of the inner core; exercises for the main supporting muscles; and adding load (building strength after finding stability).
The students were mindful, asked questions, and seemed to really enjoy the learning. Overall, a wonderful workshop.
